Holder Construction is seeking an Administrative Field Assistant to join our project team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
A qualified candidate will be responsible for providing onsite administrative and accounting support to our Project Management Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support field accounting and processing project-related paperwork, such as vendor invoices, expense reports, weekly field payroll, and other miscellaneous requirements as needed.
- Help manage day-to-day administrative tasks for jobs/projects, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and welcoming visitors.
- Collaborate with the project team and other departments to support Project/Holder initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other events as needed.
- Perform a variety of HR administrative tasks and reporting, including new hire onboarding, compliance management, benefits administration, and processing termination paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: 2 plus years in office admin or construction industry experience a plus.
- Strong Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer skills
